1. ibGenius intellectual property
1.1 
is a registered European Union trademark owned by HUMAN BREEZE L.P.
1.2 Except where otherwise indicated, the content and materials made available through the ibGenius website and online platform (“Platform”), including educational materials, digital resources, course content, videos, presentations, exercises, mock examinations, text, graphics and designs, are owned by or licensed to HUMAN BREEZE L.P. (“we”, “us” or “our”) and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
1.3 Access to the Platform or the purchase of any product or service does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights. The permitted use of Digital Content is governed by our Digital Content Licence and any specific licence conditions applicable to the relevant product.
1.4 The ibGenius name, trademark, logo and other proprietary branding may not be reproduced or used without our prior written authorisation, except where permitted by law.
2. Third-party intellectual property
Names, trademarks, materials and other intellectual property belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. References to them on the Platform are made for identification, descriptive or informational purposes and do not, by themselves, indicate any affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship or approval.
3. International Baccalaureate notice
3.1 IbGenius is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by the International Baccalaureate Organization (“IB”).
3.2 International Baccalaureate, Baccalauréat International, Bachillerato Internacional and IB are registered trademarks owned by the International Baccalaureate Organization.
3.3 References to the IB, its programmes, subjects, levels, examination sessions, papers or other IB-related terminology are made solely to describe the educational context, subject matter or intended audience of the relevant ibGenius product or service.
3.4 IbGenius courses, workshops, mock examinations, revision materials, teaching resources and other products and services are independently developed. They are not official IB products or materials and have not been reviewed, approved or endorsed by the International Baccalaureate Organization.
