Eva is the founder of ibGenius, an experienced IB Business Management and IB Economics educator and examiner, and an educational leader with more than 20 years of professional experience.
At the heart of her educational philosophy is a simple belief: technology may transform how we learn, but teachers transform people. Eva believes that the human connection, judgment, inspiration and care that great teachers bring to education will become even more important in an AI-driven world.
Throughout her career, Eva has combined classroom teaching with leadership, teacher training and the development of learning resources. Her experience gives her a deep understanding of both the academic demands of the IB and the challenges teachers face in helping students meet them.
Before focusing fully on education, Eva gained professional experience in business and organisational environments, developing a strong understanding of leadership, strategy, communication and decision-making.
Through ibGenius, she aims to combine educational expertise, thoughtful use of technology and the irreplaceable human element to help teachers and students thrive.
